In establishing this high-tech-yet-cozy classic media room, Smyth selected a pair of light pine bookcases as the focal point. He also built a fireplace mantel to capture the Old World charm of a library. |

Matthew Patrick Smyth, Inc., Smyth’s interior design firm, was founded on the premise that the finished interior must reflect the client’s needs and interests. Smyth’s projects have included residences everywhere from New York to Paris. He has created rooms for the Kips Bay Designer Showhouse and his work has been featured in publications such as Elle Décor, New York, House Beautiful, and Traditional Home.
